As our restaurant doors are restricted to the hours of 12 and 6pm, our hospitality and creativity are not put on hold. Exclusively for the restrictions, we are bringing our early week dining series, PLATED, to lunch. For the first time, guests can tuck into these one-off menus showcasing the creativity of some of the talented chefs at the helm of our restaurants.
This new line-up of one-off menus features tantalising exclusive dishes to perk up the early week lunch hour and ease you into the workweek. Offering a change of pace from the day-to-day, the new PLATED Afternoons series highlights special off-menu dishes from the all-star chefs at Carbone, Fukuro and Le Garçon Saigon and officially kicks off on 28 February.

‘Comfort Club’ at Carbone
Early week midday is the prime time to treat oneself, so set the stage and indulge in a New York-Italian feast of classics from Head Chef Jack Carson. Classic recipes shine in a PLATED menu that begins with Carbone’s signature Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and the vibrant Beets Siciliano, tossed through with a medley of fresh herbs with just a hint of citrus. Next, tuck into a rendition of an Italian classic, Pork Chop & Peppers, colourfully topped with both piquant and sweet peppers. For an extra festive end to the meal, grab a forkful of your choice of dessert from the dessert trolley, from the indulgent Carrot Cake to the iconic New York Cheesecake or the newly added Ferrero Rocher Cake, satisfy any sweet tooth.
‘Hirugohan Omakase’ at Fukuro
Head Chef Shun Shiroma has been hard at work behind the scenes testing recipes and bringing his wealth of experience to the team at Fukuro. His exclusive lunch menu brings new flavours to life at the SoHo izakaya, with dishes like the Crab Tart, which balances the rich, meaty taste of crab with a slightly citrusy yuzu kosho and soy sauce. Or spoon a hearty scoop of Buckwheat Risotto featuring a medley of fresh seafood, from clams and bay scallops to delicately shaved pieces of plump cod. The afternoon meal is rounded out with a selection of Market Sashimi, the signature, creamy Spinach Ohitashi and, of course, a Monaka Ice Cream Sandwich to finish.
‘Midi à Saigon’ at Le Garçon Saigon
The vibrant Vietnamese flavours of the Saigonese grillhouse are ready to shine midday with a curated menu from Chef Theign Yie Phan. Tuck into your choice of snacks, from the Goi Du Du Bo Kho, a staple green papaya beef jerky salad, to the off-menu Sup Cua, a warming egg drop soup to cleanse the palate before tucking into the mains. Moving on to the heart of the Vietnamese feast, select between the Bo Luc Lac, a tender shaking beef, or the Bun Chao Tom, a pawn & dill patty, both of which are served with rice vermicelli and house-made pickles. You are invited to relax in the chic Parisian-inspired setting as you cut into the soft, velvety Banh Bo Nuong, a Vietnamese honeycomb cake, before leisurely setting about the day, strolling through the charming Star Street neighbourhood.
