A Deliciously Unfussy Coastal Brunch at Taqueria Super Macho

In Baja the livin’ is easy, and the only rule at the Bridges Street taqueria is that everything deserves a squeeze of lime. Whether it is time to dust off the sand from a morning beach adventure or simply a leisurely Sunday afternoon, feast to your heart’s content with Livin’ La Vida Baja. Expect a table spread of house-made Salsas & Guacamole to start, followed by a refreshing daily Baja-inspired ceviche picked from the market that day. Next up are two show-stopping dishes, from the Volcano Shrimp Fundido flambéed tableside to order by Chef Billy Otis to the Pescado Asado Entero, a whole-roasted catch of the day prepared two-ways, half covered with salsa verde and half in the rich and velvety adobo. This whole fish is best enjoyed in a Jalisco-style taco, filled to the brim and folded into house-made tortillas before being finished with a selection of house-made salsas. Keep your cool with flowing margaritas and unlimited cervezas waiting on ice.

328 per guest or 528 per guest with flowing margaritas plus 10 per cent. Saturday 13 November from 12pm. Reservations can be made here.
