While restrictions on dining out persist and restaurant doors remain closed after 6pm, a pivot towards a new kind of hospitality has been demanded. A requirement for survival, hospitality teams have been asked to dream up new, creative ways that will bring the moments and magic that guests miss about dining out to the comfort and safety of their home. For us, it is an opportunity to bring our niche, storytelling focus on the move, trying new things and improving the old. It is through the delivery of curated offerings and culinary experiences found nowhere else that the resilience of the industry shines, showing that we are a beloved, integral part of the fabric of this city’s story.
Heading into another month of restrictions, you can expect several new culinary moments, exclusively available on GO.
Supper Cult Returns For Lunch And Dinner
Back in 2020, Supper Cult took the decision out of dinner, bringing your favourites from us direct to your door with a curated five-day meal programme. With the extension of restrictions, the city’s greatest meal plan is back, and alongside the expected line-up of dinners primed for delivery is a whole new set of curated menus exclusively for lunch.
You can now sign up for a three- or five-day meal plan any day of the week. Curated meals can be selected for either lunch or dinner, and with new time slots for delivery, it is easier than ever to let us take care of all mealtime needs. So whether working from home or looking to spend a little less time amongst the crowd, Supper Cult is back bringing the best to your home, now twice a day.
The Cellar Selection
Introducing The Cellar Selection, a curated, rotational selection of wines from some of the city’s most enviable cellars hand-picked by our team of sommeliers and delivered directly to you with no tedious subscriptions or set delivery schedule to fit into.
Crafted by Master Sommelier Arnaud Bardary and the skilled team of sommeliers working alongside him, our restaurants offer some of the most expansive and niche wine lists in the city. Now you can benefit from the knowledge and experience of the best sommeliers in the city, from the comfort of your home.
Each rotation includes six different bottles and is available for two weeks at a time with next day delivery, on both the Standard and Master collections. Curated by region or wine-drinking experience, each collection is a surprise and tailored to introduce you to a whole new roster of wines, bringing you on a new journey or evoking a certain feeling. This curated collection launches with Aperitif in Italy, six Italian wines that are best enjoyed leading up to dinner against a backdrop of sunset-hued skies and platters of cheese and cured meats, or All About Nebbiolo. Hailing from the piedmont region of Italy, the Nebbiolo is the backbone of beautiful Barolos and Barbarescos, producing wonderfully perfumed, violet-tinged ruby reds. Remarkably aromatic, these much-coveted wines have an irresistible allure and often require years or decades of aging to balance.
Upcoming rotations will introduce you to collections like The Faces of Malbec or incredible discoveries hand-picked by Arnaud in Sommelier’s Personal Cellar, each curated selection is set to expand any wine lover’s knowledge. While prices vary depending on the collection, these are based on retail, not restaurant price, of the wines, meaning that you have the chance to try special bottles like the Dirupi Valtellina Superiore, a fruity Italian-red, La Bégou Maxime Magon, a white from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, or the monovarietal Pinot Noir Domaine de l’Ecu from the Loire Valley, at hard-to-find elsewhere prices.
A New Line-Up of Dishes Exclusively On GO
Now making lunchtime decisions easy is Chef ArChan’s take on a Cantonese classic, introducing the Ho Lee Char Siu Fan. With succulent charcoal-grilled, honey-glazed Kurobuta pork char siu served with short-grain rice, a seasonal salad, a side of market vegetables and a house-made spring onion and sand ginger sauce, making this a satisfying selection any day of the week.
Next door to Ho Lee Fook, chefs Shun Shiroma and Joshua Bedell have been working hard behind the scenes to bring a selection of izakaya-inspired Bento Boxes for delivery. From a Chicken Katsu served with cucumber tataki and Fukuro signatures including crispy caramel corn and spinach ohitashi to a Miso-glazed Salmon served with a pumpkin croquette or a succulent Beef Kalbi served with tomato salad and spicy house-made kimchi, these curated lunch boxes are the wholesome and delicious taste of Tokyo we all deserve.
Afternoon, and after workout, favourite Maison Libanaise has introduced a new option to its delivery and takeaway at Le Comptoir with curated Beiruti Boxes. Keep engersied throughout the day with a c’est magnifique lunch which includes a choice of signature mezze like the house-made Hummus bil Tahini or Baba Ganoush and three mains. Opt for one of Maison’s classic mains, from za’atar- spiced Halloumi to toum-dressed chicken meshoué, harissa-roasted cauliflower and more. Rounding out the meal, each Beiruti Box comes with rice pilaf, hearth-baked pita bread, Syrian salad and a sweet note to end on with baklava.
