In 2020, we launched its very first Summer Festival, a three-month long line-up of transportive experiences. These curated, memorable experiences were designed to take Hong Kongers on culinary-led journeys, introducing new cuisines or learning the secrets behind our stories in guided masterclasses and culinary lessons from its line-up of all-star chefs. Since then, Summer Festival has curated some of the city’s most memorable summer moments from the five-week-long pop-up Primavera ad Amalfi at Tai Kwun and a series of wine-fuelled Cellar Strolls to the introduction of hands-on masterclasses like Buenos Aires Polo Club’s Martini Masterclass and Carbone’s Classic Cocktail Class.
This year, Summer Festival returns with a special line-up of events celebrating our 10 Years. Hot on the heels of the recent Papadakis (until 25 June) experience at Tai Kwun, get ready to celebrate the best of our world. Guests can expect to see new editions of some of the most loved events from the past ten years, including an all-out bash version of Buenos Aires Polo Club’s Rock Night and the long-awaited second annual Great Rajasthan Rifles Cricket Tournament, an afternoon of sport, Pimm’s and Anglo-Indian fare from MICHELIN-starred chef Palash Mitra.
Alongside the return of these extraordinary events are all new experiences crafted to celebrate this landmark summer. Expect a jubilant affair all summer long; bookings will open monthly, here is the line-up to get you through the coming months:

JULY LINE-UP
HO LEE FOOK: GOOD FORTUNE CLUB
Sunday 3 July | From 12pm
SoHo’s Chinese restaurant with a Hong Kong heart invites hungry diners to join the Good Fortune Club, a gourmet banquet of delectable dim sum paired with a curated selection of Champagnes. Savour an opulent afternoon spurred by Chef ArChan’s homage to the city’s most beloved dining tradition, with baskets overflowing with fried turnip cakes, smashed cucumber, siu mai and Ho Lee Fook’s iconic hand-chopped pork jowl and cabbage dumplings. Fill up on har gow plump with prawns, with classic standbys mixed with creative new dishes to keep your taste buds tingling. Settled among plush velvet banquettes, glass of effervescent bubbly in hand time slips by in the rosy glow of the restaurant’s ruby-red interiors, as you are instantly transported to the glamour and elegance of past Hong Kong.
FUKURO: HIFI AFTER DARK

Evoking the hazy, neon-lit alleyways of Tokyo’s izakayas combined with the heart-thumping beats of Ginza’s world-renowned clubs, Fukuro’s brand-new HIFI: After Dark is the type of party that will have you boogying late into the night, channeling the energy and vivacity of the city that never sleeps. Fuel your appetite with an array of Fukuro’s signature izakaya bites, from chicken karaage to crispy caramel butter corn, washed down with plenty of sake, then embrace your inner night owl and submit to the electrifying tunes, as the party kicks into high gear with a live DJ spinning on deck.
LA VACHE!: BASTILLE DAY LE DISCO BRUNCH

Celebrate Bastille Day with added joie de vivre as Hong Kong’s champion of entrecôte, La Vache!, brings back Le Disco Brunch for France’s national day this July. Raise your glasses with glorious gusto and prepare to loosen your belts as you tuck into a decadent feast of unlimited USDA prime ribeye steak, sliced and served to order, paired with a mountain of crispy golden frites and free-flow drinks, while the DJ turns up the disco tunes. Lovers of rock and cocktails rejoice as Buenos Aires Polo Club’s late-night rock ‘n’ roll revelry returns with Rock Club Blow Out, an amped up affair infused with the passion and fiery spirit of the Argentinian steakhouse. As the lights dim the tables get ditched from dinner, guests are invited to spill out onto an impromptu dance floor as the equestrian-themed clubhouse takes on a rebellious edge with a soundtrack of rock ‘n’ roll’s most iconic and revolutionary hits, from the Talking Heads to The Rolling Stones and Oasis.
