If there ever was a sacred pastime in Hong Kong, it is brunch. But while single origin coffee and scrambled eggs on toast are easily found these days, we are here to take brunch from just another afternoon out to the place to be on the weekend. From a Baja-themed beach bash to a regal steak and martini club affair, a sizzling Sri Lankan brunch to a Greek feast fit for the gods—these irresistible brunch options offer the ultimate weekend indulgence. So grab your crew, and get ready for good food, booze and a fun, festive atmosphere all around at the best brunches to check out this spring.

A Regal Afternoon At Buenos Aires Polo Club
Sharpen your steak knife and revel in a relaxing afternoon at Buenos Aires Polo Club, where a bovine brunch awaits in the elegant equestrian-themed clubhouse. Sink into the rich leather banquettes surrounded by antique oil paintings, and prime your palate for Argentinian-style Prime Rib, paired with ample sides. Opt in for the Three Martini pairing and kick off the extravagant Club Brunch with a crisp Classic Martini, before tucking into an array of brunch exclusive Entradas, from the Plato de Marisco with Argentine prawns, to the Gaucho Omelet studded with spicy chorizo and shavings of provolone. The sumptuous affair is rounded out with a selection of Argentinian sides, and a table-side Crêpes Flambé for a show-stopping finish.

The whole family is welcome at Souvlaki Weekends, where diners are transported to the sun-kissed region of Macedonia with a tantalising feast of classic Greek dishes. Embrace the unhurried Mediterranean way of life as you gather around a table weighed down with shared mezze plates, fried calamari, and platters of the spit-roasted meat of the day— whether chicken, lamb or beef—paired with roasted vegetables, traditional Greek salads and sides. Say ‘yamas’ with a glass of ouzo or wine as morning brunch rolls into late afternoon fuelled by an abundance of food, drinks, and convivial conversation enjoyed amongst family and friends.
